Petr Lysáček

This graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague is not an artist of a single medium. He naturally combines various techniques according to what result he wants to achieve and the final tone of the work. Humour, irony and satire are typical of his works. After his studies in Prague, Lysáček returned for a while to Ostrava, where he strongly influenced the cultural scene. Although he now lives back in Prague, since 1994 he has been leading the Studio of Intermedia Forms at the Department of Fine Arts of Ostrava University.
