Eva Koťátková

The approach chosen by Eva Koťátková in exploring the role of an individual and their personal environment in society is playful, but not simple or superficial. Through her works, Koťátková communicates with the viewer, for whom she is a guide in exploring well-known social relations, relationships and rituals. However, everything occurs within a world created through her peculiar imagination. Koťátková received important awards both in the Czech Republic and abroad at a relatively young age. Currently, she is one of the most distinctive Czech artists across generations.
